Import & Browse screen
This example shows when used primarily for images : Browse your hard disk and cd's for files you want to import into the database.Import & Browse resembles Windows Explorer but has some additional features, like image browsing, on-the-fly slideshow, batch processing and more.
The screenshow below shows the Import&Browse screen with the image viewer on the left, and the 'Timeline' window on the bottom:
Other options:
- Also scan subfolders
- Search function: find files not only by filename, also by tag info
- On the fly generating of thumbnail indexes
- Fast viewing of jpeg and many other image formats (including raw and dng)
- use of color to indicate:
- if a file is readonly
- if a filename is too long
- the type of the file, ie sound/image/document etc
- show metatag info for many file types (music, photo and MS-documents)
The Search Dialog:
- search for word(s) in the item descriptions using full text search
- search for a phrase in the filename
- or search for a date range

Database screen
This example shows when used as Image database. In this screen you enter descriptions, manage keywords, link keywords to files etc.

Index Window
The Index window is the starting point of many operations.
This example shows how keywords are being added to database items (found in the search example) by dragging from the list on the leftside to the list in the middle.
It also shows how keywords are organized in keyword groups.
